Theysbian

A lesbian who uses they/them pronouns. While used more commonly for people who are non-binary, is not exclusive to people who are non-binary.

Simon is a they/them lesbian, or a Theysbian. They are non-binary and also attracted to women. They are NOT a women and they are NOT any less of a lesbian for not identifying as one.

A they/them lesbian is a woman, female-aligned person, or maybe even non-aligned person who identifies as a lesbian and uses they/them pronouns. They could use they/them pronouns because they're nonbinary, or for another reason such as disconnection from womanhood. They are completely valid, and have been from the start.

A lesbian (Woman or fem aligned nonbinary person) who uses they/them pronouns. Pronouns don't always necessarily mean gender.

Person 1: Jessie is a theysbian.
Person 2: What is that?
Person 1: They are a lesbian who uses they/them pronouns and you should respect their identity.

why do they use these pronouns?
there might be two different reasons:

they're a non-binary person.
OR
they feel disconnected from their womanhood.

both of these reasons are extremely valid since lesbians (like every label/sexuality) includes nonbinary people, there are even they/them lesbians in history and those who only write it off as lesbianphobic probably have not educated themselves properly

A theysbian is a woman, female aligned person, or non-aligned person, who uses they/them pronouns and identities as a lesbian. pronouns do not always equal gender (of course saying it doesn't at all is wrong).
