The process of gas passing over a chunk of shit while still in the intestine and expelled as a smelly fart and someone behind you walks into the crappy air.

As Sam walked behind a group of people, he suddenly hit some foul, shit smelling rough turdulence air

The act of fart gases passing over a turd before being expelled into the air, creating a super smelly fart of which another person walks into and makes a face of disbelief.
