VAP is one of many acronyms used by the Americorps-sponsored group Teach for America. It stands for Vision, Assessment, and Planning and makes up the foundational considerations of Teach For America's rubric for quality teaching.

To smoke weed using a vaporizer rather than hand - rolling the weed .
I was kicking vaps with my friends yesterday because none of could roll a blunt .

We were getting all good good, all of a sudden d man just catch a vaps, and start to behave stupid.
The waste or burned marijuana left behind after the use of a vaporizer. It can be used to make bud butter, in order to make delicious treats such as cookies, brownies, and eggs in the morning. Save your vap pooh before its too late.

We went over to Fiddy Kent's house to vap out on his sweet new Volcano.
A program for little smart overachievers that kids join in 7th grade not knowing what they’re walking into. All it does is gives You more homework and stress and sometimes parties but that’s it. The VAP kids definitely need to be humbled.
