Person 1: The hens are safe: the Federal Fox Stopping Agency (FFSA) is guarding the entire hen house.
Person 2: Um, the FFSA is a captured agency; everyone in charge there *is* a fox.
Person 1: Whatever, I trust them so much.
Person 2: Your hens, your choice. I'll put mine somewhere else.
Person 1: Not for long. Thanks to a new federal law, ALL hens must now be guarded by the FFSA only. If you try to put them somewhere else, the FFSA is fully authorized to eat them.
Person 2: There's your proof of a captured agency.
Person 1: Whatever, I trust them so much.
A nebulous term for a company that makes websites, but uses a fancy name to justify a higher bill rate.
I just got a kick azz website on the interwebz by overpaying some hipsters at an interactive agency to make me a flashy .com.

Three Letter Agencies are a general category of "spook" agencies, which defend America, but generally act mysteriously. A knock on the door at any hour from any of them should make you want to run for the back door or jump out the nearest window, except it won't help since they're already watching it.
Some are likely to make you disappear. Some may just want to question you. Some, you'll never know about, but they're already watching you. It doesn't matter that you may not have heard of some of them, they already know who you are, who you've dated, and what you ate for breakfast.

DEA - Drug Enforcement Agency
DHS - Department of Homeland Security
DIA - Defense Intelligence Agency
DOD - Department of Defense
DOE - Department of Energy (yes, them too)
FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation
INR - Bureau of Intelligence and Research
ISR - Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency
NRO - National Reconnaissance Office
NGA - National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
NSA - National Security Agency
ONI - Office of Naval Intelligence
TFI - Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence
USSS (United States Secret Service) falls into this category, even though it has 4 letter in its acronym.

A NON PROFIT AGENCY IS A GROUP OF PEOPLE LIKE MINDED AND ARE JOINED TOGETHER TO HELP A CAUSE THEY BELEIVE IN WITH NO PROFIT FROM DOING IT.
HOW CAN CPS BE A NON PROFIT AGENCY WHEN THY TRY AND SELL OUR CHILDREN? I HAVE NO MONEY IN MY PCKET BECAUSE I AM A NON PROFIT AGENCY HELPING OTHER PEOPLE SURVIVE.
