A phrase to console someone who regrets not bringing their weed to a get-together.
Gair: "Bruh you usually look faded by this time on a Friday, what's up?"
Mikel: "Man I thought this was gonna be a sober thing so I didn't bring my herbs, now I'm looking back wishing I had come prepared."
Gair: "Damn that's why your eyes look so clear - your hindsight is 420."
The hindsight or gut feeling that someone you are interested in is a hoe, or that they are a terrible person to date.
Guy 1: “Damn, how’d it go with Stacy last night? I heard you guys broke up.”
Guy 2: “Yeah, I didn’t have any hoe hindsight when I met her. I didn’t realize she was “dating” 4 other dudes.”
The act of stating that you had a premonition of something that had happened in the past, however, the first time that you have told anybody about the premonition was afterwards, rendering it questionable and useless. Coined by Hamish & Andy.
Hamish: Oh my god, I had a dream last night that that horse would win.
Andy: Uhhh, you're not magic; you can't get Hindsight Premonitions.
A chick that ya didn't fuck, but if you could go back, you'd definitely fuck her.
D, if 2016 Lincoln was calling the shots, 2006 Lincoln would have definitely fucked her. (Hindsight fuck) Respect brother. 👍

The depressing act of fantasizing about what you would have done differently if you knew what you know now.
"I would've stopped her from going out for a jog that day if I knew she'd get hit by a jumbo jet, she'd still be alive and so would the passengers on flight 123 and I would become a total hero and not have to keep working this stupid job"
"That's a nice hindsight fantasy, but keep on scrubbin' - those dishes ain't gonna clean themselves."
A situation that, in the moment, is stressful and chaotic. It later becomes funny because enough time has passed for you to see the ridiculousness of it.
*after chasing down their toddler when he got out of the house naked*
Mom: This kid, I swear!! It’s like he wants to see me lose my sanity!
Dad: I’m sure this story will be humorous in hindsight one day.
Mom: You mean like when he’s 16 and bringing home a girlfriend?
Dad: Umm... Sure... Something like that.
Phrase used to describe the fact that it is easy for one to be knowledgable about an event after it has happened.
IE: An individual has a realization about the event that should have been obvious all along, yet they didn't catch on because they were acting in the heat of the moment.
Also allows one to learn from their mistakes.
After looking back on the situation, Jim realized that quitting his job was a foolish act.
Jim: "Dad, why did you let me quit my job without interceding?"
Dad: "Hindsight is 20/20, son, learn from your mistakes."
