The universal life energy. Can be gained and lost. Obtainable via burgers, beer, seawater, halibut, members of the opposite sex, members of the same sex, sunlight, pills, powders, plants, &etc.

Can be removed by illness, lack of breakfast, "the Captain", and over-work. Excessively low levels results in the condition "LOM": Lack Of Minerals. Results can be tragic.

The miner!

Yelled in combination with laughter after the miner says or does something stupid or out of line. Can be anything from a drastic exaggeration (usually involves numbers) to rolling around drunk on the ground outside a bar with no pants on. Miner moments are pretty common, and given enough alcohol they are inevitable.
