An area at a rave/club where ravers/club goers sit down and engage in one or many of the following activities-massages, kissing, drug use, trading candy bracelets, personal glow stick light shows, drug use, vicks vaporub inhaling, back cracking etc.
Scott doesn't care about the music or dancing, he just cares about getting fucked up and socializing in the muddle puddle with all the other candy ravers.

An Incompetent Middle Management structure that exists even when there are changes in upper management. Upper Management may want to set a new course of action, but is not well executed by the current inept middle management.

The art of sticking your nose into other's business. Not only does the perpetrator muddle in the affairs of others, but often times is a trained expert in fucking everything up along the way as they do so.
