Often said in grime music, used to point out that a person isn't making any sense. Can be about anyone in particular but should be used after the person saying something

Much like the term 'fuck" the phrase "fat nugs, my guy" can be inserted everywhere and replace any word with no real meaning. Alternatively it can also be used as an exclamation referring to nuggets of marijuana being exceptionally fat.
