A slash pairing is when you pair two or more male characters together.
The female version of that is called Femslash.
A: The only slash pairing I ship is John and Sherlock!
B: Sweet, I ship Ciel and Sebastian from Black Butler.
In baseball, when a batter takes a called strike three, i.e., strikes out looking. Popularized by Hall of Fame Pitcher and NESN color analyst , Dennis Eckersley.
