The overwhelming compulsions that drive otherwise civilized people to do stupid things that they KNOW are just plain ghetto. Usually harbored by non-ghetto folks who have had early (perhaps childhood) exposure to the ghetto/hood/projects. Some believe that this phenomenon supports the theory that, “you can take people out of the hood, but you can’t take the hood out of people”.
Person 1: Did you see that congresswoman from Georgia, Cynthia McKinney? Dat chick punched the shit outta that cop at the capitol!

The likelihood of an individual to adore/follow otherwise-peers.
Groupie tendencies need not involve any sexual desire. In fact, those with extreme groupie tendencies ask nothing of their (usually reluctant) paradours save acceptance of an unequal relationship. Such cases — while sometimes able to acknowledge the pathetic aspects of their attitude — feel a righteous indignation about their actions.

a person who is not considered socially attractive, hot or fine, but have certain traits (e.g. the way they dress, facial features) that make them "cute" and thus, "hot" in a next-door neighbor sort of way.
He's got cute tendencies, but I'm not sure what I think of him otherwise.

Someone ,usually female, at times male, who is constantly involved in conflict or confusion and draws it out of proportion in order to get attention.
