A Flag Job is a sexual act in which one participant jerks another off using a flag.
Flag Jobs have significant advantages over an ordinary hand job, because there is no clean up involved, and the giver does not have to actually touch, or even see the receiver's penis. Plus, they're a great way to show off your nationalism.
It can be abbreviated as FJ, but that is often mixed up with foot job.
Last night Michelle gave me a Flag Job with the Greek flag. That blue and white feels real nice.

A flag based on the concept of the rainbow flag (signifying gays in general). Instead of using traditional rainbow colors it uses the colors of bear fur and has a bear paw print in the upper left hand corner (indicating gay men who are bears).
1. The bear flag was a common site at the gay pride parade.
2. James was very proud that if he were gay he is hairy enough to display the bear flag.
3. His profile online showed a bear flag but when I met him in person he turned out to be a total twink.

A 'red flag' is a term used to describe when somebody has a feeling that they are potentially dealing with a manipulative and/or possibly psychotic or sociopathic individual. It's usually used to explain a feeling after the fact.
He didn't like Louis Tomlinson, I should've seen that red flag.

The rebel flag was the flag of the Confederate States of America. A lot of people are offended by rebel flags because they believe they symbolize racism. Quite the contrary. I like rebel flags, but I am not racist. The Civil War erupted over states' rights, not slavery. The South was mostly people in favor of states' rights, and the North was mostly people who wanted the national government to have more power over the states. Please, learn your history before you judge.
