One Direction

A boyband from the UK and Ireland. The members include: Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik. Currently, they have one album called "Up All Night", which came out in the U.S on March 13th, 2012. They appeared as individuals on the X-Factor in 2010. All of the boys were brought back and turned into One Direction. They are very successful and hope to continue writing music!

Needs Direction

A way to describe an employee who is otherwise worthless. An employee who, without detailed instruction and hand holding, will waste the day on the internet.

Employe: Hey is Bob a good worked?

Employe 2: He can be, but needs direction.

Employe: So in other words, he's useless.

What tenny does, he talks so clearly and precisely and so directly. You can try to respond but your inferiority is too much so you become a punching bag for his verbal abuse.
