Pin-eyed

"Pin-eyed" in law-enforcement and street circles in the US usually refers to the contraction of pupils, a common side effect of opiate use. This could be Heroin or Oxycodone etc.

He is a pin-eyed motherfucker. Is the same as calling one a junkie.

Euphemism for having passed a bowel movement, more obscure than 'dropped the kids off at the pool' or 'pinched one off'.

When a person can't go the extra leap to throw someone under the bus, because of close proximity.
