The mindset after which you don't have to get previous consent for an action against a person. People with this mindset go so far that they pretend like they have rules in place and get people to consent to their actions, but what's called consent here really just boils down to people not explicitly stating they do not want it to happen.
Often associated with relationships, it also applies to unrelated examples, such as a CEO of a social media company or electronic "product" silently adding statements to the ToS either without notifying the users, or hiding it on page 87 of 100 near the bottom.
"Jeff thinks it's okay to hurt people, because they didn't tell him not to do it beforehand. Jeff has a rapist mentality."

A skank rapist is a skank that stalks, harasses and rapes people. They are very dangerous because they have the nerve it takes to get to you. Try to keep them away from booze, since that empowers them. Be very careful of this kind of gal.

The worlds most hated college student. The Rapist raped a unconscious girl behind a dumpster and was sentenced to 6 months for "only 20 minutes " and only served 3 months cause any longer would ruin his swimming career and will effect him.

Could also be called the Creep Stare, a look given that silently says "You + Me = Sexy times", could be given from across the room - i.e a restaurant, park etc. The look is given knowingly and usually twinned with a Rapist Grin or a Pervert Grin. Rapey

Someone who's not part of a clique but forces their way in by sitting with them or trying to drum up conversation; making it awkward for everybody. Generally someone uncool trying to be associated with someone who is.
