A slang term for a person who has murdered five or more police officers or law enforcement officials. Commonly used in The Ukraine and parts of Eastern Europe.

A Ginger boy. Usually staring at his phone for hours waiting for a reply on a somewhat funny comment he made. Makes jokes that are either really funny or really bad. Comes up to people randomly making random comments. Emits a strong scent of bleach
