Used by almost all American comedies which if you listen closely enough you can hear the winding of the laughter going round and round.

If you hear canned laughter dont expect to laugh.

Expect to be forced to laugh.

Then again the British are just as bad.

The act of pressing your bare ass up against a glass window. The view from the other side of the window resembles that of a freshly opened canned ham.
