A bottle of any type of alcohol that is consumed by the drinker so that he or she may be able to fall asleep each night. Term mostly associated by many alcoholics.

Drinking game, rules as follows:
Spinner- spins empty bottle
Less than one rotation or bottle falls, spinner drinks. Bottle spins however many times, ex: 4 rotations, spinner gives out 4 “drinks” in any order or amount to other players.
Other players not spinning can place a bet on how many spins they think it will rotate, player that lands on the correct number gets to give out the said number of drinks to any player (including spinner)
If you place a bet, and lose, you drink the difference from spins vs. said bet.
