A poor, uneducated, stupid, uncultured white individual from the southeastern parts of the United States such as places like Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, or Mississippi. These people tend to be highly conservative, mentally unstable, right wing Republicans. They tend to also sound very pretentious when they attempt to sound smart and many are also racist and homophobic (whether showing their racism outright or hiding their racism in public) and quite a few are members of the Ku Klux Klan since a group of rednecks formed that group in Tennessee in 1865 (the Ku Klux Klan is also still in operation to this day due to redneck interference). Don't confuse redneck with hillbilly, they are almost the same thing except their living areas are different. A hillbilly lives in the country and away from the cities and perhaps even civilization itself, a redneck inhabits a trailer park, however, they do have some things in common such as collecting dead roadkill to eat. However, both of these dumb groups of people have been infesting more urban areas, moving to other states and cities, etc.

1. A redneck is poor, uneducated and uncultured. The funny thing is that they're poor and they still support the Republican party.
2. They are from the dirtiest areas of the U.S. which also houses parasitic organisms such as fleas, ticks, lice, mosquitoes, roundworms and many more. These parasites can also attach themselves upon the redneck in order to infest other areas if the redneck decides to move.
3. They believe in stupid conspiracies that involves aliens.
4. They are insane gun fanatics.
5. They are right wing Republicans.
6. They are racist and homophobic.
7. They believe that the Bible is under some sort of patent or copyright. Hey retards, it's 2,000 years old, it's well within the public domain, dumbasses.
8. They eat roadkill which is gross.
9. They infest other parts of the world with their retardation.
10. They created one of the most dumbass, most despised groups around: the Ku Klux Klan.

Unlike what some dumbasses think rednecks are not uneducated, dumb people from the woods. In reality most rednecks are extremely smart but that doesn't mean they go to Harvard or Yale that means they can do things like repair a car or explain how hydraulics work unlike all you foreign car driving, city dwelling, stupid ass, mother fucking city people that couldn't change a tire on a fucking ford to save your life. Rednecks are always caring and nice people that only get mad when you stupid people decide to offend them or there family or there country. Rednecks are not alcoholics they don't constantly drink they only drink after a hard days of work unlike you lawyers and shit that don't know what that is. If it weren't for the rednecks in this world then nobody would be able to survive.
