So when a woman assumes the man is gay but doesn't want to be offensive or directly tell him he's a flamer , since he's most likely a closet queer or has homophobia or is attached perhaps has a girlfriend or identifies as straight but is truly bi-sexual. She will tell her friends that he's an 85%er. Or she will say it directly to him..knowing that just like most woman don't know about the fact that 85% of all men truly get off on having a finger in their butt or are bi or gay, most of these men won't know where the term 85%er comes from.
