every now and then you come out with a spectacular laugh. spectacular meaning really loud and often snorty. this is the sort of laugh that other people should not be exposed to and so should only be done in the middle of a paddock.

A laugh that can be heard around the world...literally. No matter how loud the surronding area, you can hear it. Often times, just done for attention. Usually "the laugh" is not even necessary and is not even about something funny. Oftentimes, "the laugher" will have mysterious hygiene products in his pockets.
