Any note that is played or sung that causes a person male or female to cream him or herself. The cream note is known by many as la crème, creamtastic, creamgasma, and more traditionally crème de la crème. In 2007 President Bush passed the Underage Cream Act, which banned playing or listing of the cream note by any persons under the age of 18.
