A Vote Bot is a program run to either significantly boost the rating of an internet item or to significantly decrease the rating.
xxxThePeachxxx was vote botted on youtube and it decreased a video rating by half a star (only half a star due to a lot of 5* votes from rule abiding users.)

A subsection of www.urbandictionary.com that allows you to vote on what definitions are put on the website, this feature seems pretty cool until it makes you vote on the same definition ten times in a row.
