The best time of your life. Stop bitching about how much it sucks, because you have no idea how good you have it now. Wait until you graduate and you will truly miss that you dont see your teachers and friends everyday. Right now, you may think it is so tough, but its not. Get over yourself, because you dont know what youve got til its gone!
Make the best of it while you can. Everyone goes through 4 years of it, so why not make it fun?!?
Person 1: "Bro, high school sucks."
Person 2: "Get over yourself, youre a fucking pansy. Its high school, not something terrible like boot camp. You have no idea how worse it could be."

Honestly, I donΒ΄t understand all that bitterness displayed here about high school.
Sure, that period has its flaws, but most of you seem to forget all the good things going aside with it...Not having to worry about anything, having lots of friends, competing against other schools in sports (e.g.sailing and rowing are extremely popular at our school),regular social events, holding up school spirit, and finally (if you are willing to invest some work) the preparation it gives you for going to a excellent college/university later.
I Loved my high school!!

If u searched this because ur going into high school from middle school, chill out, high school is fucking heaven compared to middle school, stock up on sweat pants and sweat shirts, and money for soda. for school supplies only buy like two 1 inch binders for all ur classes because the lockers rairly work, so ur gonna be carying ur stuff around every where. try to photo copy text book pages the night before so u can do them in study hall without having to bring ur hole text book to school. suck up to the teachers, but not in an anoying way, and only the first half of the year. this way they will have a good impression on u and will only give u an f if u really actually deserve it. food is key trust me its worth it too wait in the long ass lines for the fries, they make it better. dont join a group hang out with everyone. and just bring nu gym clothes everyday because all it takes is one night in the locker room to smell like ass. there are my words of wisdom for u amazing children that have made it through middle school, im sorry for the loses u may have had there, and try to erase it from ur memory, dont worry it only gets better from here and GET THE MOST SLEEP YOU CAN or its gonna suck getting up in the morning, i know its "not cool" to go to bed at 7 or 8 but its so fucking worth it
"Dude High School is such a bitch"
"Just get through it, and if u can drop out when ur 16"

The last educational institution that is open to all regardless of race, gender, or legal status. When leave this educational institution, years later, you start to respect teachers in general because you realize that they weren't getting paid much; they had to deal with kids who want to be treated as adults; and they have to teach a generation of hooligans who think shooting up a school is the logical response to life's hardships.
Those retards back in high school that would say "we're not learning anything", well guess what? If you want to get treated like an adult, then stop acting like you need your information spoon-fed.

a place that, unlike most definitions in the urban dictionary, is actually a privilege that we take for granted and is only as good you make it. if you work hard and receive excellent grades, you can continue onto a good college after graduation and further yourself in getting a great, profitable career. if you flunk out and don't go to school, you'll be working in an arbys getting pimples for little pay.
John didn't really like to get up so early for high school, but her knew it was a privilege that many other people around the world would love to have.

The North American equivalence to European pre-secondary educational facilities.
Contrary to apparent common belief among Americans and/or Canadians the high schools found throughout the norhtern part of the Americas are like kindergardens compared to their European counterparts - hence not very "high" in any respect...except for their drugged-up spoilt kids.
In Europe students are required to actually study a whole lot more material than students attending these north-American schools.
The European curiculums include materials that are considered university level in the Americas and any European high school graduate could kick the smartest American kids' ass.
American/Canadian kids:
"Hey yo bro, so in class we had to like differentiate some function or something, that was whack0 bro."
"Aight, me hearz yo man, dillio. Let'z fuck this shit and chill out at my crib watchin some MTV."
European kids:
"Oh well differentiating that polynomial function wasn't too hard, now was it?"
"No, not at all my dear friend. Would you like to drop by at my place? We could listen to some genuine European music and chat about today's class."

A Hellhole.
Consists of instagram/Snapchat losers: People who flex on instagram/snapchat but are lames when you see them at school
Preppy girls: Girls who think they are superior at school and drive the newest jeep to school
The "Elite": they obsess over Vineyard Vines and 90 percent of them try to have "one black friend" so they can say the N word and not seem racist.
Nerds: Most of them act like entitled pricks because they had a "Harsh Upbringing" or something. The ones who wont let you see the homework answers because you were absent deserved to be shoved on the locker walls until the metal starts clanging.
Jocks: lives with a upper class family or with a single mom thinking they are superior, but cant even do simple multiplication depending on the school they go to.
Emos: it sounds like they want to commit suicide, but they are just listening to $uicideboy$, Lil Uzi Vert, and Marilyn Manson.
Normal/chill people: people trying to get an A but they have to deal with a social life, parents, and possibly a job. Their parents turn from friendly to an enemy when their son/daughter enters high school. It may sound like they're trying to toughen their kid up, but its actually stressing them out. They deal with constant shit from the teachers, as the American High School system is flawed.
Class of 2016 or lower: my high school years were a breeze, we did-
Class of 2017, 2018 and 2019: we dont speak about high school in these parts.
