The action of convincing the audience of a specific person, usually on the internet, to shun/not acknowledge them. This is usually due to some sort of controversial content that was posted on the platform they use by them.

Once someone has been targeted, Cancel Pigs will hound them for the rest of their life. Every time a victim of a Cancel Pigs has the slightest hint of something good happening for them the Cancel Pigs descend to spread vitriol and do everything in their power to destroy that good thing
Cancel Pigs use guilt-by-association as a terror tactic to make people afraid of interacting with the target in any way lest they bring the mob of Cancel Pigs down upon their own head and have their life ruined.
