The obsessive need to stare at smart phones, televisions, and computers, to feel 'plugged in' to reality. When in all actuality you're literally tuning out reality. Risking your life driving or walking across the street, while you stare at your smart phone. So recurrent and constant that it is indeed a technology 'Tic' or 'Syndrome'.

This temporary tic disorder manifests itself in everyone, right after smoking a joint.
