Often used as a dirty nickname, it is for girls whose name is Nicole (or any variation of it). On the outside, they are usually seen as innocent and see the world very naively without any sexual references, but on the inside, there is a wild tiger/chef waiting to pounce. Similar to Cow Tipping except instead of pushing over a sleeping cow; the intention is to push an Asian Fisherman into the water. This is Canadian slang local to Toronto.
