Almost

It is supposed to mean "nearly" or "not quite", but alot of people would use it too mean "20+ mor minutes". in other words, "almost" can sometimes indicate a delay in a certain action.

"I'm almost finished cutting this man's hair, you're next!!"

20 minutes later:

"Dude, you told me 20 minutes earlier that you was almost done cutting this man's hair! WTF!!??!!!"

"sorry. I'm done now"

1. An average girl you stumble upon that clearly is almost hot, nothing to exciting going on there, just plain and simply, almost hot. This girl is generally still poundable, but wont be receiving a call ever again.

Yeah, it took 2 hrs to drive 2 fuckin' miles this morning. Seems that a car full of almost-deads did the 'wrong-way thing' entering the highway and crashed head-on into a motor home...shut down BOTH North AND South bound traffic so they could be extracted and life-flighted to the nearest cemetery.
