FMA stands for the Financial Matters Administration. It is the new name of the Wisconsin state Division of Revenue Enforcement Services. It is highly feared in Wisconsin because it is very powerful and forceful. Its main job is to confiscate the property of taxpayers who do not comply with Wisconsin tax law.

The new name is supposed to be more "friendly and happy" which is of course an oxymoron.

"Okay Bob, let's do something productive for the Wisconsin economy"
"Are you kidding? FMA is all up our ass investigating us. Beware!"

A term that started at a high school on the Puget Sound Peninsula, meaning "Fuck Mr. Ande". Students at the school began saying it after being busted by the first floor vice principal. It has now expanded as something to say after ever being abused by authority.

Fuck Me Arms. Referring to a male that has arms that are so ripped and toned, one would like to fuck them. It is unacceptable to refer to another part of the body as an FMA by adjusting the acronym, such as Fuck Me Legs- FML's. There is no such thing. Only FMA's.

To "pull" or "do" a FMA Brotherhood (abbreviated Fullmetal Alchemist) is to remake an old anime so that it follows the original storyline.

Person 1: I watched the anime to that manga I read. It sucks. It didn't follow the storyline at all.

Person 2: Yeah I hope they pull a FMA Brotherhood on that series.

From the movie NED (australian) a comedy based on Ned Kelly the outlaw bushranger, from a scene the police comander says Fuck My Ass, i later abrievated it to FMA.
Instead of saying Fuck Me/ Fuck My Ass, and in the presence of elders FMA.
