MoCo is an attempt by the citizens of montgomery county to better themselves by emulating the James Rouse inspired utopia known as Howard County. Howard County has long had the implied copyright on *Co abbreviations, and therefore MoCo, as a term, as well as an abbreviation is truly an abomination of all that is Maryland in Spirit.

One of the most diverse counties in America. The east is full of ghettos such as Wheaton and Silver Spring. The south is where the ultra-rich live in their mansions by the Potomac River. Towns there include Bethesda and Potomac. The west and north are full of farms and small,quaint communities like Poolesville, Barnesville, and Damascus. The center contains the large cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg, the county's government and financial centers.
