Nite Hawks are a nostalgic motorcycle club established in Detroit, Michigan during the 1940's.
I heard the Nite Hawks hang out at greasy burger joints.
This slang term describes a night in which large amounts of alcohol will be consumed with your friends. It is also the best part about being a pirate (according to "Pirates: Band of Misfits").
