After sifting through 34 pages of Google pollution, I finally found a useful query result.
light pollution is the misuse of artificial lighting at night, where so many lamps spill light upwards so that the dark sky is no longer dark. The stars are not visible, and this causes so many horrible things, silently killing off our planet.
Johnny: "Hey, where'd the stars go?!"
Annie: "There are so many lights that shine into the sky, the beautiful night sky is hidden from our view. To reverse light pollution, people can change all lights to ones that shine their light downwards, where it is needed."

The triangle shaped zone which includes refinery cities such as Martinez, Vallejo, Richmond. The refineries aren’t the only thing polluted as the cities are filled with criminals, drugs, trash and social toxicity. Called the Po Tri for short.
