As defined by Blizzard Entertainment: "Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between Blizzard Entertainment and the end user. "Soon" will arrive some day, Blizzard does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time. Maybe. SOON.

When the fate of something or someone has been determined and they are being watched. The predator's main thought is "SOON."

The origin of this phrase is in an under-appreciated lolcat, where an evil-looking cat is watching a chihuahua, with the only caption being SOON.

When pronounced, it helps to add suspense and drama by saying "SOON." in a low voice employed by that movie advertising dude.

Poppy, upon seeing Moolie loiter aimlessly:
SOON.

Soon

Usually used by artists/bands to tease their fans when they were asked about something. Either means 'in about 3 days' or '6 months.' For example, when asked about a music video, tour, and announcement release, these artists tend to only know this word.

"@NewHopeClub, when are you releasing the studio version of Medicine and Start Over?"
"Soon."

Soon

A word Pentatonix uses to tease people about their upcoming announcements, albums and activities so people get all frustrated and excited. Does not actually mean soon. They will tease you with soon so bad that you will cringe at seeing the word in your life. Pentaholics have banned and rejected this word, so it is suggested not to use it around them.

Pentaholic: Hey Pentatonix when are you dropping your album?
Pentatonix: Eh... Soon
Pentaholic: But how long is soon???
Pentatonix: Very Soon
People: BUT WHEN??????
Pentatonix: VERY VERY Soon
Pentaholic: Okay just go hit by a bus.
