The alpha numeric keys on your phone used to send a text message. QWERTY refers to the order in which your texticles are laid out. Some texticles are large, and some are small enough to cause you to hit the wrong key and mis-spell a word.

I couldnt text message any of my friends all day long. My phone was not sending any of my text messages. I had a serious case of texticle dysfunction.

When you (a dude) forget and leave your phone on vibrate and your phone is in your pocket a little to close to the frank and beans. Your phone goes off and you get a "texticle".
