Can often be heard discussing Strava QOMs or KOMs, eats Gu, probably shaves his legs. You'll find Toads riding every type of bike available at the fastest rates, and encouraging all to ride faster and harder. A toadie will tell you 'if it hurts, you just need to get used to it'.
