Torture

Excruciating physical and/or mental pain derived from an act.

When your child comes in the room and you have to turn off the Walking Dead and put on Barney singing about ducks, it is torture.

Torture

Spending time with a bunch of dreary, repetitive people in a claustrophobic office environment. The continual mental pain arising from having to chose between submitting to this environment, or sacrificing one's job and livelihood, leading to a state of perpetual homeless and curtailed life expectancy. This can be particularly heightened when working in IT infrastructure, as the subject matter itself is almost as heart-breakingly dry as one's colleagues. Any sort of proximity to engineers qualifies as torture. Any sustained, or even brief contact with professionally inadequate co-workers qualifies as torture. The pain can be physical as well as mental, as you slam your own face into the table in the hope that the blinding pain distracts from the far more serious mental anguish.

Torture: any kind of collaboration with moronic co-workers.

Torture

Something George W. Bush will not, under any circumstance, allow to transpire. See 'waterboarding' and rendition and military tribunal.

Quotes by George W. Bush:

The United States is committed to the worldwide elimination of torture and we are leading this fight by example.

On United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, the United States reaffirms its commitment to the worldwide elimination of torture. Freedom from torture is an inalienable human right, and we are committed to building a world where human rights are respected and protected by the rule of law…Throughout the world, there are many who have been seeking to have their voices heard, to stand up for their right to freedom, and to break the chains of tyranny. Too many of those courageous women and men are paying a terrible price for their brave acts of dissent. Many have been detained, arrested, thrown in prison, and subjected to torture by regimes that fail to understand that their habits of control will not serve them well in the long-term.

We do not torture.

Ron- "Hey Joel, last night in the PlayStation party I heard all of that distant vociferous screaming coming from your mic? Is everything okay at home?
Joel- "Don't worry about it, It was just my dad forcing me to lick my dog's cock again. That shit was torture."

Torture

A useful and practical way of getting accurate information from suspected terrorists.

As endorsed by the President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump.

Man: "Yo, road-kill lid, does water-boarding foreign brothers work? Or do we swerve it?"

President Donald J Trump: β€œDoes it work? Does torture work? The answer is yes. Absolutely.”
