Belhaven Ale

A heavenly ale brewed by artisan Scots.
Heavier than a Newcastle with a nice nutty flavor. This is truly the Lords nectar. Known to have healing properties and thoroughly cleans out your tradesman's entrance

Jesus of Nazareth (who was half Scot by the way) was known to drink 3 pints at bedtime.

Al Behd

The Al Bhed language is a fictional language from the role-playing video game Final Fantasy X and its sequel Final Fantasy X-2.

Here is how to convert English to Al Bheh:
Simple Substitution of letters:

English: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Al Bhed: YPLTAVKREZGMSHUBXNCDIJFQOW

For example, "you" in English is rendered as "oui" in Al Behd:

Y = O
O = U
U = I

al palato

"Soft" or "well done" when referred to pasta. Opposite of "al dente".

Literally, "al palato" means "to the palate". Palate is the upper part of the mouth that in combination with the upward tongue pressure can be used to chew soft foods. Most applicable to those who are missing teeth (or awaiting for them to grow for that matter).

The second definition of the word "palato" is "taste". So it can be interpreted as "to the taste" as well :)

- Can I have an order of penne ala vodka al palato to go, please?
- Yes, you can wait at the table outstairs.
