The Thirteenth Doctor is a asexual lesbian character in a british tv show called Doctor Who. She is in love with her best friend and companion Yasmin (Yaz) Khan. She likes her TARDIS (Time and Relative Dimension in Space) and her Sonic Screwdriver (Does most things to anything unless it’s made of wood or deadbolt sealed). She likes knowing things and dislikes The Master (Other timelord who The Doctor has an on and off relationship with) as of the episode The Timeless Children.

In the event that someone has called "jack jack" to get their "seat back" there is a single loop hole. Each location, (house, car, airplane, really anyplace there is a seat) is allowed a single 'Doctored Through" call per 24 hours. This call overrides all other previously stated calls, or "dibs".

A pejorative term for "small child". Reference to a segment on the 70s television show, Krofft Supershow where a mad scientist shrinks a trio of friends.
Useful for referring to a loud and/or annoying child, or to express one's general distaste for children in general.

The 13th Doctor is one of the many doctors from the show, Doctor Who, and is the first Doctor to become a female after the 12th Doctor, Peter Capaldi, regenerated into the 13th Doctor. The 13th Doctor is played by Jodie Whittaker. Like all the doctors before her, they originated from the planet Gallifrey.
To be honest, I think I prefer the 11th Doctor over the 13th Doctor in Doctor Who.
