A filipino phrase used to mockingly agree to someone's statement.
Person 1: I saw him outside his house for the first time
Person 2: Okay kAs aUh
A phrase people usually reply with when asked how they have been.
The "eh" implies that they are not sure whether they are okay or not.
You: "hey brenda how u been?"
Brenda: "im eh okay"
You: "you sure?"
"You're under arrest!"
"Okay."
"Your dog died."
"Okay."
"I hate you."
"Okay."
Mostly used in a “I didn’t ask” or “I don’t care” way or not knowing what to say in response.
“ Why are y’all so obnoxious”
“We aren’t but okay-“
Okay is better than the word “ok” if you use “ok” you probably have no friends
you say this even though it is not okay. You know its not okay in the inside, but you just don’t want them to see what’s really happening.
“Hey, how you doing?”
“Okay.”
A commonly used word that gives the "Neutral Affirmitive" meaning. It is used similarly to all right.
① It is, however, not okay to turn on the toaster at 11 p.m.
② She never said it was okay to burn the chair and the painting.
