A term used when someone, usually male, is more pissed off than usual - if something crawled up your leg and bit your bollock you would quite understandably be pissed off.
Usually quite a subtle way to tell them they're acting annoyed, funny too.
Joe: " STFU DUDE!"
Jim: "Damn, what's crawled up your leg and bit your bollock ?"
An insult.
Very painful if applied on real life scenario's.

It can be literally or figuratively.
If someone is tailgating you they are up your date.
"This bloody Ford Ranger is driving up your date man."
When you threaten to shoot another person, usually used in the hood when your about to shoot eachother. The gun in question usually is a handgun. When you "up your blick" you raise your gun against another person.
"Up your blick n****!"
"I'll up my blick, if you dont back off."
"N**** I will up my blick if you do that shi again"
