Data Guilt

When you believe that the data your have in your computer system is more messed up than the data in everyone else system.

I've got Data Guilt. I'm embarrassed every time I run a report. I'm afraid to ask my team to clean up our Salesforce - our data is so much worse than the customer service system's data.

Facebook Guilt

Defensive reaction to finding out someone is not on Facebook. Usually indicated by the word "just". As in, "I just use it to stay in touch with friends/family".

If I happen to mention that I'm not on Facebook, nine times out of ten someone's Facebook Guilt kicks in, even though I have made no judgement whatsoever.

fun guilt

The feeling of guilt during or after having a great time in your personal life amidst very terrible conditions for many other people that are broadcasting suffering on social media; such as evacuation from a fire, or homeless after a severe hurricane.

I just had the best time seeing the Village People at Bottlerock music festival! But today, I have a case of fun guilt after seeing so many miserable people escaping fires and floods all week.

Caucasian Guilt

What drives Muhammad Araujo's actions.

Caucasian guilt causes Muhammad to pretend to support racial justice movements and/or make them exclusively about making over-privileged Caucasian men feel good about themselves.

No one likes you or your dolls, Muhammad.

death guilt

When your parents guilt you into hanging out with them because they say you will regret it later if you don’t. Type of manipulation.

Dad: “hey want to go to - with me?” You: “not really” Dad: “you’ll regret that later” you in your head: “he is death guilting me”
