It’s like jet lag but for filmmakers. It’s the fatigue one feels after being on a film set for several long days.
Man, I have set lag that was a long week of filming. I’m setlagged and will have setlag for the rest of the week.
When there is a group of people in a First Person Shooter or Third Person Shooter game type lobby with a bad lag. While a lag flock would be a host migration in a game such like Call of Duty.

When lag occurs due to heavy downloading of needless crap on your computer. May be from downloading too many videos, games, music,and never deleting any.
Dude, Stop downloading all that stuff on your computer or it will be crap-lagged.
Similar to jet-lag, jail-lag is the time/routine shift which a person experiences after being in jail for more than just a few days.
After serving 18 days in jail being forced into an unusual routine, a person experiences jail-lag after returning to the "free" world.
Similar to Jet Lag, Sports Lag is that fatigue you feel after staying up late to watch the game on tv.
