Hillbilly condo is a condo in Florida where each owner does his own thing in a ridiculous manner to outdo his neighbor.
Hillbilly condo is seen in the South, primarily Florida. The owners are bound to uniformity by the bylaws but this doesn’t stop them from putting shells on railings, or memorials & advertising signs on the lawn.
When a person vomits on the floor (specifically tile or hardwood) and someone goes ahead and slips in it. This may also apply to diarrhea in those extreme cases.
