Magic Sit Up

The Magic Sit Up is a prank that you and a few buddies play on an unsuspecting victim. First, you have your buddy get down on the ground and close his eyes. Tell him, "When I'm finished with my chant, try and do a sit up." Then, make up some weird chant. Your buddy then pretends like he can't do a sit up. The victim is dumbfounded saying, "I have to try this." He gets down on the ground, closes his eyes, and you start your chant. In the meantime, your buddy drops his drawers and stands above the victim. When the chant is done, the victim will try and do a sit up, successfully, but he'll also get a nose full of your buddy's browneye.

Lee and I gave Corey a Magic Sit Up and he got a face full of Lee's ass.

sitting on a poop knob

When you're sitting at your desk and turd "prairie dogs" by partially easing out causing you to sit one or two inches higher in your chair.Almost always results in the eventual delivery of a "flat head" turd.

I need to go to the restroom but I can't get up right now because I'm sitting on a poop knob.

ho, sit down

expression used to stymie someone who tries, and fails desperately, to gain attention (or to look "cool," intelligent or informed) by contributing poorly or unnecessarily to a discourse.

"that bitch is so clueless... she swears she's the shit, but really, she's so far behind she thinks she's ahead."
"i know. we all went out for sushi and she starts in on one of her spiels, about the history of wasabi and where to get the most 'authentic kind,' and i was just like: 'ho, sit down'"

Sit this one out

Popular Brit vernacular used when you just can't face taking part in something. First used in days of yore when people sat at the sides to miss a particular dance. Now it's used to skip meetings, when you're too drunk to dance with an ugly woman, or maybe skipping out on a party you know will suck weapon's grade ass.

"Dave, are you coming to Mike's birthday tonight?"
"Sorry mate, but he's a friendless loser, and I shagged his girlfriend. I think I'll Sit this one out, if that's alright with you".
"No worries fella."

HOE SIT DOWN

This phrase is a catchall solutary closing for any message. It can follow anything from an official CEO letter to a quick internet jibe.

It makes it so that you are definitive in your wording, and any detractors risk looking stupid to disagree with you.

You have no idea what you are talking about. George W. Bush is the worst president we've ever had.

HOE SIT DOWN!

Is anybody sitting here?

A question asked not because the the person asking the question is actually wondering if someone is sitting "here", but more likely asked because the person wants to start a conversation with the person sitting next to the seat in question.

Dougy: "Is anybody sitting here?"

Girl sitting in class: "No..."

Dougy: "So whats up?"

Girl: *makes a strange look and moves away*

Dougy: "Dude whats her problem, she probably thought I was trying to hit on her or something...bahaha"
