Any one of several different types of games that is played with a deck of cards that has the name of a crime written on each card and the person who picks a card the name of the crime written on it is what they have to do.
For example if you pick the king and it has the word "kill" written on it you have to kill someone.
It is a game of daring that only people with the most guts plays and there is also much high stakes betting involved.
