Skill issue is a term used to define a lack of skill. It is often used sarcastically when a person can't control the situation's outcome.
Noah McMaster has a massive skill issue as he sucks at every game he plays.
usually used in an argument, or as a snide remark joke

when something (usually a simple task) goes extremely wrong. it is used as an insult to tell someone they've done badly.
if you fail at something you can normally do or others around you can do with ease
