moot is actually a term refering to an old feudal English system of courts. around the time of the norman invasion of england, the anglo-saxons had a system of local courts. each area of an approx. size was called a 'moot'...

Pertaining to female genitalia, vagina. Can be used in any conversation and in some cases more acceptable than other more common slang. Moot can be used in all social circles however should be generally limited to male use when discussing intentions to females they may wish to later copulate with.
Term is in frequent use within the social networks of backpackers around New Zealand, and is believed to of originated during a drunken conversation in a well known backpacker bar in auckland circa 2006

When you facebook status is commented on or liked by someone you and your frineds dont like, the status is rendered moot as no one else will write anything. This occurs particularly when u have a good comment thread going or a really funny status.
