A person on the internet, usually a social media platform, who is addicted to the endorphin hit received from being outraged. Outrage junkies often invent or find trivial things to be outraged over in order to get their fix.

A falsified righteous outrage at things that are basically unimportant and meaningless, frequently employed by politicians, political activists, or the media. Politicians and talking heads use it to garner support for their causes, to claim the moral high ground and to tar their opponents; the media often just uses it in a cynical bid to increase ratings.
Manufactured outrages of note include Nipplegate, the Monica Lewinski scandal, the 2009 tea partys, backmasked satanic lyrics, lapel pin controversies...
Just about any time you hear any politician, activist, or radio show host getting outraged about anything, really. The louder and angrier they get, the harder they're working at manufacturing it.

1) Outrage against a moment/incident that is aligned to your ideology
2) Not being neutral
3) Using your own filter in mind to accept few news and rejecting another
John - "Hey you know that, a priest was lynched by people infront of police; I guess he was doing robbery anyways. Why so hue and cry?!"

Although it has various meanings, it has evolved in the colloquial of Devonia to be a description rather that an action. Generally relates to something that is unbelievably shrousing or ridiculous

Memes, news articles, TV segments, email forwards, or other forms of media that are designed to invoke outrage. This is especially true for political-related topics. Viewers of outrage porn often become addicted and spend many hours per day trying to seek new outrage highs.
Liberal: "The Daily Kos had some good outrage porn today. Apparently some conservative said something stupid."
Conservative: "I just read an email forward that said Obama is going to turn all of the white people into slaves and make us all Muslin!"
