The word Power has two definitions:
1. Someone that is very strong ; strong body .
2. Someone who has great power , like a President or a Prime Minister .
1. Wrestlers have great power wen they play at WWE pitch .
2 . Winston Churchill had great power when he was Prime Minister of the U.K .
To the power of means a number times the other number. It multiplies the number exponentially, specifically speaking.
