The act of trying to read your morning newspaper on a bumpy train or commuter bus.
I tried to read my morning newspaper but the train was so bumpy I could only focus on every other word - I was stutter-reading.
i try to get out what i want to say before i can actually humanly type it.
i really have to stop trying to type faster than i can
stutter fingers is when you're on msn and you have something to say, and try and type it out really quickly...but it comes out in jibberish.
It's like normal stuttering but for the fingers

A great move, mostly seen in football and basketball. The act of moving both feet sideways rapidly, confusing defenders as to where the player is actually going. In the NFL, superstars like Chad Johnson and Reggie Bush use this move often to avoid defenders. Look at any highlight reel, and you will see someone pull a one-over on someone using a stutter step. NBA stars like Kobe Bryant and LeBron James use this move to either create some space between them and the defender to gain time to pull up for a jumper, or to put themselves in a position to drive for a lay-up.

The "Confusion Stutter" happens when two people are walking in opposite directions in presumably the same line of travel. Each person does an awkward stutter step trying to find a way out of this predicament. This can repeat several times until they gather a small, yet rowdy audience who hope to see the persons involved collide in what is known as the Confusion Stutter Collision. The involved people may smile and laugh awkwardly with inept hand motions in the decision making process of which way to go, and if they cannot, it ultimately results in the Confusion Stutter Collision, which is just plain embarrassing.
Man, I saw the best Confusion Stutter show today, these two dorklings couldn't find a way around each other and I literally saw the awesome Confusion Stutter Collision.
