A sex act involving at least 2 participants, one equipped with some kind of ejaculatory penetrative device. One person is administered an enema using at least 1 water bottles worth of fluid, after which they hold the contents in their anal tract while being penetrated. A makeshift pipe to smoke weed out of. It is made from a waterbottle with one hole near the base and another hole 3/4 of the way up 1/4 turn around from the first hole. The top of the bottle is then covered with foil and holes are poked in it, preferably with a needle.
To use, suck through the bottom hole while using the top hole as a carb. You may need someone else to light you at first, pros do not.
Shotty bottles are the best way to smoke, you get the biggest hits and giant clears too. Also, a retard can make one in about 2 minutes and they're free.

Step One) Cut the bottom off a two liter coke bottle.
Step Two) Attach a plastic bag on the bottom of the coke bottle with a rubber band, make sure the only air escaping out of the coke bottle is through the top where coke would normally come out of.
Step Three) Either put a ratchet head, a bowl with rubber around it, or aluminium foil on the top to put the weed in.
Step Four) While the bag is still attached to the bottom of the bottle push the bag into the bottle.
Step Five) Light the weed and pull the bag out making sure there is suction and the smoke starts going into the bottle.
Step Six) Remove the bowl on the top and push the bag so the smoke goes deep into your lungs.
Dam the smoke in that coke bottle is all yellow one hit of that and ill be passed out and still be high in the morning; who is making waffles in the morning?? kordian you ate all the doughnuts???

one sort of bottle bong includes what most of the definitions have. make a tin foil bowl at the top, cut some holes in it & have the bottom filled with water.
my idea of a bottle bong is basically a more fun way to smoke instead of just passin' around the blunt. personally, i would rather do this. not that i dont like blunts, in fact i would marry a blunt if women were non existent (talk about a good wife) but this is just to add to the fun.
take a gatorade bottle, coke bottle, etc. one of the smaller bottles works. i use gatorade. anyways, make a small-ish hole on the side at the bottom. about an inch from the bottom of the bottle. this is where you'll put the end of a blunt, the part your mouth will go on. now make a small hole on the side to put your thumb on. i like to use lighters to make these holes.
light up the blunt (or joint, doesnt matter) put your thumb on the side hole, smoke up the bottle, take your thumb off and smoke up.
i also like it because you get more smoke. and its fun to see who can and can't clear it.
its also the best way to smoke roaches for that buzz.
